Family Practice

It's Not About Illness; It's About Wellness

You have a life to lead. You don't want an illness or injury to limit you. Like everyone, you want fewer bad days and more good days.

Associates in Medicine (AIM) in Claremont and Valley Regional Primary Care Physicians (VRPCP) in Newport can help you improve the quality of your life. With symptom relief and disease management, we can help you gain strength, energy, and ability.

As internists, we harness the power and knowledge of medicine systematically to identify the causes of symptoms. To help you experience relief from pain or discomfort, we look to science for safe, effective treatment methods.

The Attention You Expect

At VRPCP and AIM we look at the whole person-your medical history, medication regime, lifestyle, and risk factors. We will also ask you about:

  • The reason for your visit
  • The symptoms you are experiencing and their severity
  • The type of relief you seek
  • What has and has not worked for you in the past
  • The outcomes you expect from treatment
  • Your questions and concerns
We work with you to identify, understand, and solve medical problems. Our goal is for you to feel: listened to, cared for, and thought of.

Our clinical board-certified internal and family medicine physicians and nurse practitioners have advanced and specialized training in those diseases and conditions occurring most frequently in adulthood.
