To schedule an appointment, call AIM at 543-6900 or VRPCP at 863-6400. Office Hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Billing and Insurance AIM and VRPCP accept Medicare, Medicaid, and all major insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card with you each time you visit our office. We ask that all patients pay the designated co-payment or deductible for their health plan at the time of service. Upon request, we can arrange for payment plans. Please contact us with any billing or insurance questions. Accessibility Associates in Medicine is handicap accessible with ground-floor offices and designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities.
