If you have questions about a bill from Valley Regional Hospital, please contact our Patient Accounts Office at (603) 543-6940 from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

You can also stop into the hospital to speak to a Patient Accounts representative, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. To locate Patient Accounts, use the main hospital entrance to enter on the first floor. The lobby receptionist will direct you to a Patient Accounts Representative.

The Patient Accounts Office can help you:

  1. Estimate the cost of a service
  2. Understand a bill for service
  3. Correct billing errors
  4. Update your account information (changes in name, address or insurer)
  5. Arrange a payment plan
  6. Apply for financial assistance

Valley Regional Hospital and its outpatient offices accept most major insurance programs as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Please have your insurance card and bill handy when inquiring about billing issues.
