Interested in downloading an App for your smart phone?

Medhost App

The Provider Offices Portal (Athena Health) does not have a mobile app, but the Hospital Portal (Medhost) does! Once you are all signed up for the Hospital Portal, you have the option of downloading the phone app. To download, go to your app store and search,”YourCareEverywhere“. Once you are logged in, you will find helpful medical resources and most importantly your Health Records (documents, labs, diagnostic imaging, medications, discharge instructions, etc.)
