Looking for your Valley Regional Hospital health information?

We use two different software programs (Hospital Portal and Provider Offices Portal) to manage patient information. View the two lists below, and select the portal that meets your needs. In some cases, one patient may want to use both portals. Carefully read below for details.

Athena Provider Offices Portal

Accessing this Portal allows the patient to do the following:

  • View Labs or Bloodwork Results *NEW*
  • View Medical Imaging/Radiology Results *NEW*
  • View Primary Care (visits with your PCP) and Personal Health Information
  • Urgent Care Visit Information
  • Specialty Care Visit Information: Women’s Health, Pulmonology, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, and Urology
  • Request Prescription Refills
  • Send Messages to your Healthcare Team
  • Make or Change an Appointment

Ask the receptionist for a link to sign up for the patient portal. They will send you an email from Valley Regional Hospital. The email contains a link to register and set up your account. The link expires after 24 hours.

Medhost Hospital Portal

Accessing the Hospital Portal allows the patient to do the following:

  • Emergency Department Lab Results
  • Inpatient Unit or Short Hospital Stay Information
  • Oncology Lab Information
  • View Labs or Bloodwork Results
  • View Medical Imaging/Radiology Results

Ask the receptionist for a link to sign up for the Hospital patient portal. They will send you an email from Valley Regional Hospital. The email contains a link to register and set up your account. The link expires after 24 hours.
