Peter J. Wright, FACHE

In healthcare senior leadership for more than 15 years, Peter served as COO of Littleton Regional Hospital for 5 years. He earned his Master’s Degree in Administration, and is currently working towards a Master’s of Healthcare Delivery Science from Dartmouth College. Peter is Board Certified in Healthcare Management and serves on the NHHA Board and Executive Committee.

Chief  of Staff | Medical Staff President

James P. Wilton, DPM, FACFAS, FAENS

Peripheral Nerve Surgeon, Podiatry

Jim provides Peripheral Nerve Surgery and Podiatry at VRH. He earned his DPM from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. His surgical residency focused on podiatric reconstructive foot surgery and also received additional training in peripheral nerve surgery.

Robin CaisssieSenior Director of Development & Community Engagement

Robin Caissie

With over 24 years of development experience, Robin has held senior positions at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Middlebury College, The Sharon Academy, and The Trust for Public Land. She earned her B.S. degree in business management from Franklin Pierce University and took several masters level courses in health care leadership at The Dartmouth Institute. Robin is in the process of obtaining her 200-hour yoga instructor certification as well as her Yoga for 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR) leadership certification. By spring of 2019, she will begin offering classes to the community, and more specifically, to those in recovery from addiction.

Tim has been an HR leader for 20 years, working in both large healthcare systems and critical access hospitals. He earned Bachelor’s of Science is business studies and human resource management at Southern New Hampshire University and his Master’s Degree in business administration from Norwich University.

Chief Information Officer

Patricia Witthaus

A Healthcare Information Technology Professional for more than 20 years and a member of the College of Health Information Management Executives, Patty oversees many of the organization’s strategic HIT initiatives including Healthcare’s Most Wired and HIMSS Analytics leading to improved technology for patient care and business operations. Patty serves on several state and regional boards including the Board of the New Hampshire Health Information Exchange (NHHIO), The New Hampshire Board for Health Information Technology and locally for Pathways of The River Valley.

Senior Director – Physician Practices

Angela Biron

Angela is a Registered Nurse with 25 years’ experience in healthcare, and over 10 years’ experience in physician practice management in both primary care and specialty practices. Her management skills are supported by 15 years of work in ambulatory nursing in a variety of outpatient settings. When not hard at work in the healthcare industry, Angela enjoys volunteering her time at the Manchester Police Athletic League and participating as a member of the NH Nurses Association.

Chief Nursing Officer & VP Patient Care Services

Beverley Rankin

Beverley is an RN with more than 32 years of health care expereience with 12 of those years at the senior leadership level. Her leadership skills and experience serve as an excellent complement to the VRH Senior Leadership and Clinical Leadership teams. Beverley is passionate about high quality care and advocates to consider what is best for the patient when making decisions. Beverley holds a BSN in Nursing from McGill University in Montreal and a Master of Science in Administration from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. Beverley is certified in Nursing Administration and is an active member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Beverley currently resides in Claremont with her husband David and daughter Shauna; their son Matthew resides in Montreal and their other son Michael resides in Enfield Connecticut.
