myVRH: Access your health care records online

Important Notice: 

Recent versions of some web browsers prompt you to save usernames and passwords on the Internet. To protect your personal information, VRH strongly recommends that you do not save your online password on any of your devices. If you choose, you can disable the saved password option in your browser. myVRH does not control that functionality.

By using the Patient Portal you can take an active role in managing your health

Important:

  • Results from some tests performed by outside labs are sent to your provider’s office on paper, so those results will not be available here.
  • x-rays or other diagnostic images are not available in myVRH, Please contact the Radiology department to receive your images.
  • Some results may include technical language that is not easy for you to understand, because the information is written for your healthcare team.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about any test results, please call your provider’s office.

Hospital Stays and Outpatient Services

You cannot initially sign-up for the hospital portal without a link sent to you through email. Please call or email for this important registration step. Send email to HospitalPortal@VRH.org or call (603)543.6960 and choose option #1.

 to view your online health records for the following Valley Regional Hospital services:

  • Emergency Department Visit
  • Inpatient Hospital Stay
  • Lab Services
  • Medical Imaging (RAD, MAM,MRI, CCD)

You Can NOT:

  • have more than 1 adult per email account per HIPPA guidelines (exception being adult children who are under guardianship of parents)
  • update profile
  • reset your Password or Unlock it
  • set up appointments (please call your specialist)
  • see referrals (call your PCP to request)
  • pay bills (please click at top of page to pay through our secure payment options)
  • we currently do not offer hospital portal access to minors

Primary or Specialty Care Services

if you are a patient in one of these Valley Regional Primary Care or Specialty Clinics listed below. If you have an active account for myVRH you should have received an email with a code to activate your account. Having trouble getting in? Please call Health Information Service at (603) 543.6960 and choose option #1.

You Can:

  • update your profile
  • reset your password
  • see and print lab reports from the date you register into your account
  • request appointments with time range preferences
  • request Rx refills
  • see MD referral name
  • see and print patient education, Rx, visit summaries
  • do brief messaging to provider through the MA/RN

You Can NOT:

Medical Records

Please note that in order to acquire your medical records to be transferred from your PCP to a new physician or a hospital visit to your physician, you will need to sign a release at either office. There is no fee to transfer medical records from one provider to another.

Download to your computer the Release Form, Fill out, Save and rename as “Last Name_First Name-Release”, Attach email form toMedicalRecords@VRH.org. When you come in to pick up your copy you will be required to show ID.

Documents that are in pdf electronic format can be read with the Adobe Reader, which you can download free of charge from the Adobe website by Adobe Reader.

Never use myVRH for urgent situations! Always call 911 in an emergency.
