Valley Regional Hospital (VRH) has been serving the healthcare needs of the Greater Claremont community since 1893. For over 100 years, our services have continued to evolve to fulfill the needs of our patients. We have grown from a humble cottage hospital to a modern healthcare facility. Through partnerships with larger institutions, we are able to utilize additional resources and tools, so we can provide our community with top-notch, and accessible care when they need it the most.
Valley Regional Hospital is home to emergency and urgent care services, comprehensive rehabilitation services, a wide variety of specialty care services including surgical treatment, infusion therapy, and oncology care for patients with cancer. Our Medical Surgical Unit offers 21 private suites with 4-5 bed progressive care capacity for patients requiring a higher level of care at all times. In addition, we offer primary care for the needs of every member of the family, preventative screening for colon and breast health, mental health care and more focused treatments for our aging population.
In addition, our award-winning wellness team places a strong focus on employee culture by collecting feedback and facilitating efforts towards a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all. The wellness team collaborates with departments and leadership to produce internal donation drives and fundraisers to support our community, as well as develops ways to spark camaraderie within our team for a stronger bond and morale. We know a happy and healthy team provides the best patient care.
