Pediatrics

Pediatric Primary Care focuses on preventing illness or injury through regular checkups, health screenings and immunizations, and other strategies. Our providers also help manage chronic illnesses, such as allergies and diabetes. If your child is not feeling well, come see us to find out why so we can get them feeling better! Our goal is to partner with you, to keep your family as healthy as possible.

Our Community Health Team is here to provide additional services and support to the individuals that currently have established care with us. The team consists of two social workers, a community health navigator, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Together they ensure patients receive the best possible support, resources, education, and mental health services. Interested in establishing care?
