Our Diabetes Educator offers a Self-Management Program that can help you learn how to control your Type 1, Type 2 or gestational (pregnancy-related) diabetes. You receive a personalized plan, so you can monitor and manage your diabetes.
Our Diabetes Educator will work with you to review your medical history, health status, risk factors, understanding of diabetes, and lifestyle behaviors.We offer nutrition counseling and therapists who are committed to helping you reach your goals. The Educator coordinates with your primary care doctor and other providers as needed. Reduced risk of complications provides you the freedom of a better quality of life! We offer lab services to help detect and monitor disease and illness. Your lab testing can be completed at VRH through an order by your physician or other provider.

Saturday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Closed during holidays.
After hours lab tests are available Monday through Friday (enter through the Emergency Department after hours).
