Detect it Early & Treat it Early!

A colonoscopy is a great way to diagnose and screen patients for a variety of health related issues including colorectal cancer. It is recommended that individuals receive regular colonoscopy screenings starting at the age of 45, or earlier depending on the individual’s risk factors. Colonoscopies are a form of preventative care that helps detect or prevent serious disease and medical problems before they become major issues or concerns.

A Colonoscopy may detect:

  • Polyps or cancerous tissues
  • Abnormalities
  • Diverticulitis
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Irritable Bowel Diseases (Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis)
  • Other Digestive Diseases and Conditions
